Over on GatewayPundit, there is an interesting post about a poster from Bark for Barack looking very much like a Soviet poster. I honestly don’t know what the original poster was used for or where it came from. According to one commenter, the woman was Lilya Brik and the poster was done by Rodtchenko.
However, of more interest was what commenter Josua pointed out concerning the symbol on Obama’s website background. The suggestion being that it is a perversion of the Seal of the United States. With the flag pierced by a spear/arrow/javelin, the eagle facing away, the shield replaced by Barack’s sunrise symbol, etc.
However, I zoomed in on the image and noticed that it doesn’t look like an American flag at all. To me, it looks like the stripes don’t extend the full length of the flag, and it appears to be much like the shield on the Great Seal. Also like the Great Seal, the outer stripes are white and not red.
So does this mean anything? Who knows. I’ll let the readers decide…
