Thanks to NewsBusters article and Politcally Drunk on Power, it is confirmed that Barack Obama was part of the “New Party” in Illinois in the late 90’s. This party’s mission is to push the socialist agenda. Just take a look at this part of their site, circa 1996.
Now I’ve always believed that the democratic mission wasn’t too much different than the socialist mindset, but to have a member actually a member of a socialist party should be all too damaging.
I sure hope Sean Hannity or Rush Limbaugh pick this up…
